Motivation

Day 1 of real weights training today so now I have started my 3x a day gym routine!

I am heading to Bali for a weeks holiday in 4 weeks which is why I have stepped into such an intense routine- 20min interval cardio in the am, weights session in the afternoon & 40min cardio after that.

The biggest thing I am finding since its winter is trying to stay motivated to a few things I do is to:

  • Pre-make all my meals & eat every 2 hours as I find my willpower lowers if Im hungry and have nothing with me. 
  • Check out videos of inspiring people.
  • Look at pictures so I have a clear goal in my head of where I want to be in 10months.
